Want to turn your perspective upside down? Inversions are magical. When performed safely they help to calm the nervous system, bring clarity & mental focus and improve circulation. This workshop will take you through the fundamentals of a safe inversion practice in a fun & safe environment.
We are teaming up with our good friends at Echo to bring you an evening of Yoga, sound healing, live music and plant based BBQ vibes. We will start the evening with 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga, finished off with a deeply nourishing sound bath. After you've worked up an appetite, we will be cooking a delicious & wholesome plant based BBQ.

Thinking about becoming a Yoga Teacher? Union's Senior Yoga Teacher David Michel will be holding a year long 200 hr YTT at UNION starting this September. This will be David's fourth year leading this particular course, as well as over 10 years of teaching and working alongside some of the UK's most talented Physiotherapists and Bodyworkers.

But the popular "led primary" classes – where teachers call out the postures of a dynamic set sequence – can be intimidating. And all too often, classes can be packed, with students having no chance of their poor alignment being corrected.
An Interactive session (for beginners and experienced alike!) to broaden both understanding
and experience of Mindfulness, which when combined with deep Meditation forms the
ultimate stress-elimination programme. This combined programme, originally conceived as
the Science of Yoga thousands of years ago, is now supported by extensive scientific
research over the last 40 years.
