Yoga Basics Course


Each week we will explore 6 of the foundations of yoga practice; breath, standing postures, seated postures, twists, balance and inversions. 

Across the course, each 60 minute session will develop pairing movement with breath, alignment, anatomy, overcoming hesitations and meditation techniques, allowing you to progress toward a confident yoga practice.

Course dates. The course will run each Sunday morning at 1030 for 60 minutes.
