The Shanti holistic massage combines acupressure with a traditional full body massage (Swedish) which allows us to focus on not only the body as a whole, but any significantly troublesome areas (such as back and shoulders). Combined with breath and relaxation techniques, the massage will leave you feeling calm, peaceful and focused.
Massage is proven to improve circulation, stimulate the nervous system, reduce muscle tension, reduce mild anxiety and also strengthen the immune system.
