Raise Your Vibration: Yoga & Gong Meditation (FULLY BOOKED)

Ally uses Raja and Hatha yoga techniques this workshop with the aim to develop students strength and confidence in asana flow while mindfully directing focus through the ‘yin and yang’ of asana practice.

Learn techniques to create new energy using dristhi meditation and heat building asana flows, creatively combined with the stillness of Yin, giving time for contemplation and restoration. We last but certainly not least part of of the day, we will be immersed into a world of nourishing and deep healing vibration with a Gong Bath held by Bettina.

Open to all levels,however a little previous yoga practice would be beneficial.
