Learn To Fly: A transitions workshop with Amie Evans

Cultivating technique as well as strength, jumping forward, back and through are integral elements of vinyasa-based practices, helping us to maintain a sense of flow as we transition from pose to pose. 

In this workshop we will explore what is needed to jump back, jump forward and jump through. Breaking each movement down into their component parts, we will look at various approaches to these transitions to incorporate into our yoga practice. We will also explore how these techniques can be applied to other aspects of our practice such as hand balances. 

The workshop is open to all levels of experience. It will be physically challenging at times so come prepared to work, with an open mind and a sense of humour.
