Sometimes life happens and we can't make it to a group class. How nice would it be to know that you can roll out your mat and do your own Vinyasa Flow in the comfort of your own home? This two hour workshop will teach students a full Vinyasa sequence to take away with them.

Amie will break the workshop into sections, and we will revisit each section numerous times throughout the workshop until eventually everything comes together as one meditative, balanced flow. We will cover the four key elements of Yoga practice. Asana (physical practice) Pranayama (breath control) Dharana (focus) & Dhayana (contemplation)
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of Vinyasa Yoga with around 6 months of practice under their belts.
