Rest & Restore : An afternoon of Yin & Yoga Nidra

Yin Yoga involves spending extended periods of time in passive postures , allowing the body and mind to relax and release on a deeper level. We will finish the Yoga class with a deep, guided meditation to allow students to sink into a healing Yogic Sleep.

This is the perfect way to bring your weekend to a close and to take some special time for yourself. All welcome.
