Yoga for Stress & Anxiety Management (2 part series)

This two part course is suitable for absolute beginners and experienced yogis alike. Whether you can touch your toes, stand on your head or have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, you are welcome and we are confident you'll learn some yoga practices that will benefit you and can be easily integrated into everyday life.

This will be a safe, confidential space to learn, practice and discuss experience only if you wish. Each student will receive a handbook detailing all the practices we explore over the 2 sessions, a written up home practice and a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) recording to use whenever life calls for it. 

Whilst we can't control the unexpected twists and turns of life, we can control how we respond to stressful, anxiety or panic-inducing situations and build our resilience to recover afterwards.
