Whether your sleep becomes disrupted for a short time or a drawn out longer period, we are not benefiting from one of the single most important functions needed in order for our body & brain to properly heal, regulate, grow and cleanse itself. It is also one of the most vulnerable functions to be disrupted by a busy life & a busy mind. On this experiential workshop we will look at some of the underlying reasons why sleep can be disrupted and explore effective practices that can support you getting sleep, staying asleep and waking up to feel rested and ready for a new day.
No experience of yoga is necessary, but an open mind to what yoga can offer is.
