Restorative Yoga & Nidra

Restorative Yoga combines breath work, reflection and poses where the whole body is completely supported by bolsters, belts, blankets and blocks.

This deeply soothing afternoon will explore ways to slow down, soften, and drop into a state of deep rest.

These deeply nurturing postures will be held for anything from 5-15 minutes, combined with guided breath work, reflection, meditation, acupressure & will close with a guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

The afternoon will be all washed down with tea, homemade chocolate and nourishing snacks.
