Yoga basics course with Amie Evans (6 weeks)

The practice builds week-by-week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures, philosophy, healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). You'll also learn simple meditation and relaxation techniques. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and will have ongoing support from our dedicated teachers.

This course creates a solid foundation so you can explore the many different styles of yoga in any of our mixed ability classes
