A very special extended Hatha yoga practice - giving us time to truly explore the many facets of a complete Hatha yoga practice - Pranayama (breathwork) Asana (poses), Mindfulness, Mantra, Mudra & Dhyana (meditation) all lead by a very passionate and knowledgable Yoga Teacher & Therapist.
This month’s theme…the Prana Vayus. When translated “Vayu" means “wind”. These “winds” move Prana around our many layers of being and when prana cannot travel freely this shows up as physical, emotional & spiritual challenges. Through tuning in to our needs & skilful yoga practice, we can support prana to move freely for optimum health, happiness and overall wellbeing
Open to beginners, but must have experience of attending yoga classes for a few months and have a curiosity for yoga and its benefits.
