Mindful Meditation

Starting with some gentle movement and breathing to bring ease into the body and breath so we can comfortably settle into stillness. We will close the session with reflection and tea before parting ways and getting back to our day.

Cushions, bolsters and blankets are all provided - do let us know if you would prefer a chair.

All levels of experience are warmly welcome.
